Using the application
This application supports the Shadows of Valhalla creator community with profiles, battle schedules, poster requests, availability, training, rules and announcements. By using it, you agree to these terms and the community rules shown inside the application.
Your account
Access is personal to the Google account approved by management. You must provide accurate details, keep your Google account secure and not share access or attempt to use another member’s permissions. Contact management promptly if your account or information may be compromised.
Roles and permissions
Owners, Co-Owners, Managers and Creators receive different permissions. Management may correct profiles, change roles, link or unlink login emails, and suspend or remove access when reasonably required for community operations, safety or rule enforcement.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the application, interfere with its security, submit unlawful or abusive material, impersonate another person, scrape member information or use creator details outside legitimate Shadows of Valhalla activities. You must also follow the applicable rules of TikTok, Google and any connected service.
Your content
You remain responsible for information and material you submit. You allow Shadows of Valhalla to store, display and use that material only as needed to operate the community and fulfil your requests. Do not submit material you do not have permission to use.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the application available and secure but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may be changed, paused or withdrawn when reasonably necessary. Important changes to these terms will be published here.
Responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Shadows of Valhalla is not responsible for indirect losses, TikTok or Google service interruptions, or decisions made by third-party platforms.
Ending access
You may ask management to close or unlink your profile. We may restrict or end access for misuse, security risks, community-rule breaches or when you leave the community. Privacy and record-retention obligations may continue after access ends.
